O is the objective, the direction our hospital wants to go.

In OKR, O should be a huge and heart-throbbing goal. For example, we should set a grand dream of “making the best hospital in our region” or “making the top 10 hospitals nationwide.”
And when a key result comes out, we have to set it as KR, “Can we see that we have achieved this goal?” For example, if the hospital’s OKR established O as the top 10 hospital nationwide and KR established 100 new patients nationwide, it could be explained as “the top 10 hospital nationwide when we achieve 100 new patients nationwide.” snslove.net
Previously, the way we achieved our goals was usually to set our goals in figures, praise and applaud when we achieve them, and reprimand if we didn’t achieve them.

In the case of OKR, it is such a grand dream that I think the goal itself can be achieved, so I will make a lot of effort to achieve the goal, and the knowledge I found in the process is the most important.
For example, if KR was established to create 100 new patients from all over the country, what knowledge did OKR find in all the actions it did to achieve, not to judge whether it achieved or not, because it learned and failed in the process of thinking and putting it into action.
To achieve the goals set by OKR, we are conducting a stand-up meeting using a Kanban board.
They write down KR to achieve their goals and share their progress through daily meetings, and share the knowledge they found through various ideas and actions to achieve their goals ^^
